成都焊研科技有限责任公司(原成都电焊机研究所专机公司、弧焊公司)在2002年9月赢取“衡阳风顺后桥焊接物流线及机器人”中标项目后,经过近3个月紧张的设计、制造、调试过程,于2003年1月6日在成都通过预验收。近日衡阳安装调试人员发回喜讯:2003年2月9日该项目通过用户现场终验收。此条焊接物流线成为目前国内自主开发、设计与制造、自动化程度最高的成套应用项目之一。一、项目简介 “衡阳风顺后桥焊接物流线及机器人”招标项目合同包含如下两个品目: 品目1:该品目主要实现后桥总成焊接和检测。物流线采用步进式动力链板传输线,能有机连接各工序设备,通过中央控制系统程序控制自动物流及焊接。工序设备与动力传输线平行放置,工件通过步进式传输线自动物流,每工位均由机械手从传输线抓取工件到工序设备,实现全自动物流及焊接。工艺流程见框图1:

Recently Hengyang installation and commissioning staff sent back good news: February 9, 2003 the project by the user final acceptance of the scene. This piece of welding logistics line has now become one of the complete sets of application projects independently developed, designed and manufactured in China with the highest degree of automation. First, the project profile “Hengyang Feng rear bridge welding logistics lines and robots ” The tender contract includes the following two items: Item 1: The main components of the project to achieve the assembly and testing of the rear axle assembly. Logistics line using step-by-step power chain transmission lines, organic processes can be connected to the equipment through the central control system program to control automatic logistics and welding. Process equipment and power transmission line placed in parallel, the workpiece through the step-by-step transmission line automatic logistics, each station by the robot from the transmission line to capture the workpiece to the process equipment, to achieve fully automated logistics and welding.
