Scholars at home and abroad have conducted many researches on the pharmacological effects of ginseng. Based on the basic principles of time-based pharmacology in recent decades, we examined the effects of Ginseng total saponin GTS on plasma corticosterone and circa-dian rhythm in rats. In addition to reports, the effects of circadian rhythms on rat liver DNA and RNA levels were studied, and satisfactory results were obtained. They are briefly described below.
