全民教育在走过的近20年历程中,取得了可喜成绩。然而,许多国家在尽力保证所有儿童都能够享有教育权利的同时,却往往忽略了教育的质量。全民教育不仅是教育问题,更是发展问题。只侧重于量化的普及初等教育目标并不会最终实现全民教育,因此注重全民教育质量的提高已经成为国际发展趋势。本文旨在关注学校初等教育质量的提高,在借鉴全民教育新质量观的基础上,对提高全民教育质量进行相关的思考。
In the course of nearly 20 years of EFA, we have made gratifying achievements. However, while trying to ensure that all children have the right to education, many countries often neglect the quality of education. EFA is not only an issue of education but also a problem of development. Focusing solely on quantifying the goal of universal primary education will not eventually lead to education for all. Therefore, paying attention to improving the quality of education for all has become an international trend. The purpose of this paper is to pay attention to the improvement of the quality of primary education in schools. Based on the concept of new education for all, this paper aims to improve the quality of education for all.
