我们根本的错误在于我们只相信聪明的人,有能力的人,非凡的人能够帮助我们走出困境。我们很难找到这样的人。即使找到,我们也很难留住这样的人。管理者的宿命是管理平凡人。对企业的经营管理问题,我们总是觉得:只要能请到一个聪明的、有经验的、能干的、厉害的人来管,企业一切问题就都可以解决了。但这样的直觉是错误的。一个企业不可能靠引进几个外部人才而根本改变。
Our fundamental mistake is that we only believe in smart people, capable people, and extraordinary people who can help us out of our predicament. We find it difficult to find such a person. Even if it is found, it is very difficult for us to retain such people. The fate of managers is to manage ordinary people. As for the management of the company, we always feel that as long as we can get a smart, experienced, competent, and powerful person to manage, all problems of the company can be solved. But such intuition is wrong. A company cannot be fundamentally changed by the introduction of several external talents.
