目的:探讨外科护理管理中开展层级管理的措施和成效。方法:选取2013年1月~2015年1月在医院进行外科治疗的56例患者为研究对象,随机分为采用层级护理的观察组28例和采用常规护理的对照组28例,比较两组的护理效果。结果:观察组仅1例对护理服务不满意,满意度96.43%;对照组有5例对护理服务不满意,满意度为82.14%。观察组对护理人员的各项护理评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:科学、合理的层级护理,能够对护理人员进行有序管理,不仅可以提高护理人员的综合素养和护理质量,还可使患者利益得到最大化,进而提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective: To explore the measures and results of carrying out the management in the level of surgical nursing management. Methods: Fifty-six patients who underwent surgical treatment in the hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (28 cases) and control group (28 cases) Nursing effect. Results: In the observation group, only one patient was dissatisfied with the nursing service and the satisfaction was 96.43%. Five patients in the control group were dissatisfied with the nursing service and the satisfaction rate was 82.14%. Nursing staff in the observation group nursing scores were significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Scientific and reasonable level nursing can manage nurses in an orderly way, which can not only improve the comprehensive quality and nursing quality of nurses, but also maximize the interests of patients and improve their satisfaction with nursing work.
