将3个品种(系)的马铃薯试管苗在添加不同浓度NaCl的培养基上直接诱导分化成苗,对其耐盐性进行初步鉴定。结果表明,随着盐浓度的增加,3个品种(系)再生苗的根系活力、脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量、SOD酶活性均呈现上升的趋势,其中L03-6品系的根系活力和脯氨酸含量均高于其余两个品种(系)。3个再生品种(系)的POD酶活性比对照下降,且3个马铃薯品种(系)对盐浓度的敏感程度存在差异。
Three varieties (lines) of potato plantlets were directly differentiated into seedlings on the medium supplemented with different concentrations of NaCl, and their salt tolerance was initially identified. The results showed that root activity, proline content, soluble sugar content and SOD activity of regenerated seedlings of three cultivars showed an upward trend with the increase of salt concentration. Among them, root activity and proline The acid content is higher than the other two varieties (lines). The POD activity of three regenerated varieties (lines) decreased compared with the control, and the sensitivity of three potato varieties (lines) to salt concentration varied.
