SC-1型冲击标准校准装置于1987车9月23日在北京通过部级鉴定。参加鉴定会的有26个单位的38名代表。该装置利用速度改变法原理,既可对振动、冲击传感器作绝对法校准,又可作比较法校准。该装置采用大规模集成电路、激光光源、单板微机等实现了测速自动化。同时,又采用高速数据采集装置及微型计算饥系统进行数据处理,使绝对法冲击校准的精确度与效率大大提高。由于结构设计合理并采用了比刚度高的铍砧,使落高仅有1.6m 左右的台子,能达到3.0×10~5m/s~2的加速度。该装置配有磁盘存贮,使原始数据便于保存,整个过程自动化程度
