上海外高桥电厂2号机组汽轮机锅炉给水泵经优化后,机组的经济性可以相对提高0.4%~0.65%,对于配置2×50%容量汽动给水泵和1×50%电动调速备用给水泵的300MW机组,建议泵组的最佳运行范围为:在300~180MW之间,采用2台汽动泵并联运行的方式;在小于180MW负荷时,则可以采用单台汽动泵运行及电动泵备用的方式。本文提出的锅炉给水泵优化运行试验方法同样适用于国产引进型300MW机组给水泵。
