报道家蚕细胞基因工程人α-干扰素注射液具有明显抗HSV-2的作用。在Vero细胞上,其有一定的细胞毒性,但随浓度降低而毒性减少;明显地抑制HSV-2所致细咆病变;对HSV-2的抑制指数为3.0~4.0;能有效地抑制HSV-2在细胞内复制。在体实验表明该药对HSV-2所致小鼠阴道炎有明显治疗作用。该药小鼠im和iv的最大耐受剂量均大于5×10~7Ju/kg。
Reported silkworm cell genetic engineering human α-interferon injection has obvious anti-HSV-2 role. Vero cells had certain cytotoxicity, but decreased with decreasing concentration. It also significantly inhibited the slenderness caused by HSV-2. The inhibitory index against HSV-2 was 3.0-4.0. It could effectively inhibit HSV- 2 in the cell replication. In vivo experiments show that the drug HSV-2-induced vaginitis mice have a significant therapeutic effect. The drug mouse im and iv maximum tolerated dose are greater than 5 × 10 ~ 7Ju / kg.
