实践性教学是指将依据培养目标确定的能力结构而设置于课程之中的与学科实务相适应的具有实践性、应用性的教学内容付诸教学的教学活动。广义的实践性教学包括所有的实验、试验、实训、毕业实习等带有操作色彩的教学活动,狭义的实践性教学指除毕业实习以外的其他带有操作性的教学活动。应因地制宜地采用案例实践教学、模拟司法实践教学、分组讨论(辩论)实践教学、实地观摩、法律诊所等多种实践教学方式;对制定刑事法学实践教学规范提出了建议。
Practical teaching refers to teaching activities that are based on the competency structure determined by training objectives and are put into practice in the curriculum and are practical and applicable to the subject practice. The generalized practical teaching includes all teaching activities with operating colors, such as experiment, experiment, practical training and graduation practice. The narrow practical teaching refers to other teaching activities with practicality other than graduation practice. Should practice the teaching of case practice, simulated judicial practice teaching, group discussion (debate) practical teaching, on-the-spot observation, legal clinic and other practical teaching methods should be adapted to local conditions; to make recommendations for the development of criminal law practice teaching norms.
