本文介绍1例支气管镜引导食管支架置入术治疗气管食管瘘患者,提示支气管镜引导具有定位准确、可操作空间大、对食管黏膜损伤小、术中可再次进镜观察气管内情况、瘘口是否封堵成功并对呼吸道分泌物进行清理等优点。
