生产汽车发动机曲轴的浇注-冷却工艺主要有以下几种类型,平浇平冷、平浇竖冷、平浇斜冷等。我厂用冲天炉生产的EQ 140汽车曲轴铸件曾采用上述前两种工艺方案,但经长期生产实践证明,均难以达到理想的效果。由此,经过分析研究,产生了一种倾斜浇注-反倾斜冷却的新型浇注-冷却工艺。下面对这三种工艺做一下比较。 1平浇-平冷工艺很多大批量流水线生产常选择此种工艺方案,它主要有以下几个特点: a.生产工艺简便由于是平浇平冷,浇注时及浇注后的冷却过程均处于水平状态,且浇注前后无需对砂型(砂箱)做倾斜或竖立等处理,所以其生产工艺较为简便。
