为研究在强动载冲击下、径向碳纤维布约束条件下的混凝土动态力学性能,采用SHPB(分离式霍普金森杆)技术对C40混凝土试件及碳纤维布包裹的C40混凝土试件进行累计冲击压缩试验,测试出试件在不同冲击加载条件下的平均应变率、破坏应力、破坏应变等。同时采用表面直透法对试件进行损伤检测,并用多次冲击有效试验来讨论累计损伤特性。通过对两者特性对比分析,得出混凝土在碳纤维包裹下延性和强度均得到提高,且延性增加的更为明显,同时得出D值与破坏形态的对应关系。对比素混凝土,证明碳纤维布能提高混凝土抗冲击能力。
In order to study the dynamic mechanical properties of concrete under the condition of strong dynamic impact and radial CFRP constraint, the cumulative impact of C40 concrete specimens and C40 concrete specimens wrapped with CFS using SHPB (Split Hopkinson Bar) Compression test to test the specimen under different impact loading conditions, the average strain rate, stress damage, failure and so on. At the same time, the surface penetrating method was adopted to test the damage of the test piece, and the cumulative damage characteristics were discussed with the effective test of multiple impacts. Through the comparative analysis of the two characteristics, it is found that the ductility and strength of concrete increases with the carbon fiber wrapped, and the ductility increases more obviously. At the same time, the corresponding relationship between D value and failure mode is obtained. Contrast concrete, that carbon fiber cloth can improve the impact resistance of concrete.
