安居则乐业,一直以来,房地产市场都是一个关乎民生的热点问题,也是新闻媒体舆论的焦点。房地产业作为中国经济的支柱产业,必须得到正确的规范和引导。随着我国的居民住房价格近年来出不断上涨的趋势,物业税作为调控房价中的地位日显突出。进入2009年以来,由于楼市突如其来的强劲反弹,要求物业税尽快实现,有关部门纷纷将开征物业税的时间表提上议事日程。通过分析物业税对老百姓购房及拥有住房产生的影响来对物业税对房地产市场的影响作出评估。
