在研究小剂量X射线照射对全淋巴细胞刺激效应的同时,探讨了小剂量照射(0,0.02,0.05,0.10,0.20,0.50Gy)对三种单克隆抗体分离出的CD_4~+、CD_8~+和B亚群细胞的刺激效应,观察了小剂量照射后的CD_4~+、CD_8~+细胞对B细胞功能的影响。结果表明,Panning法分离的各亚群细胞的纯度和存活率均在90%以上,全淋巴细胞在0.10Gy剂量内有刺激作用,尤以0.10Gy剂量点效应最大(为对照组的139.2%);各亚群细胞在0.20Gy照射内,均有刺激效应的发生,CD_4~+和B细胞在0.10Gy剂量点效应最强(为对照的179.3%和182.5%),而CD_8~+在0.05Gy点效应最强(为对照的169.6%);相同剂量,CD_4~+和B细胞的刺激效应大于CD_8~+。0.50Gy照射则表现出明显的抑制作用。正常CD_4~+细胞对B细胞具有辅助功能,CD_8~+细胞对B细胞具有抑制作用,小剂量照射可加强CD_4~+细胞对B细胞的辅助作用,促进CD_8~+细胞对B细胞的抑制功能,以0.10Gy照射后这种效应最强,0.20Gy照后仍可观察到这种效应。
