本文报道镧、钐、铕和镱的氯化物对体外培养人二倍体细胞的作用。实验结果表明小剂量的LaCl_3,SmCl_3,EuCl_3及YbCl_3对人二倍体细胞无毒性作用,对细胞的生长有一定的促进作用;剂量为1mmol/L的四种化合物对人二倍体细胞的毒性与对照相比无明显差异。表明小剂量的四种稀土氯化物对体外培养人二倍体细胞和人癌细胞之间的反应性存在着差异,这种差异主要与两种细胞膜及表面结构不同有关。
In this paper, the effects of chlorides of lanthanum, cerium, lanthanum and tellurium on the culture of human diploid cells in vitro are reported. The experimental results showed that the low doses of LaCl3, SmCl3, EuCl3, and YbCl3 had no toxic effect on human diploid cells, and had a certain role in promoting the growth of cells; the toxicity of four compounds at a dose of 1 mmol/L to human diploid cells There was no significant difference from the control. The results showed that there was a difference in the reactivity between the human diploid cells and human cancer cells cultured in vitro by small doses of four rare earth chlorides, and this difference was mainly related to the different cell membranes and surface structures.
