目的:建立川楝子药材中阿魏酸的含量测定方法,并对不同来源商品药材进行测定。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为UltrasphereTM-ODS柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15∶85),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长322 nm,柱温25℃。结果:阿魏酸进样量在0.010~0.160μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率(n=9)为97.88%,RSD 0.68%。不同来源药材中阿魏酸的含量在0.006 7~0.027 9 mg.g-1。结论:不同来源的川楝子药材中阿魏酸含量差异较大。该方法可作为评价川楝子质量的指标之一。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of ferulic acid in Toosendan herbs, and to determine the medicinal materials from different sources. Methods: The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (15:85) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 with UltrasphereTM-ODS column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) 322 nm, column temperature 25 ℃. Results: The calibration curve of ferulic acid was linear in the range of 0.010 ~ 0.160 μg (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery (n = 9) was 97.88% and the RSD was 0.68%. The content of ferulic acid in different medicinal materials ranged from 0.006 7 to 0.027 9 mg.g-1. Conclusion: The contents of ferulic acid in Toona sinensis from different sources are quite different. This method can be used as an index to evaluate the quality of Toosendan sinensis.
