试验表明,CO_2激光和微波对~(50)Co照射引起的玉米种子损伤有修复作用.但~(60)Co。辐射后,损伤的程度应有个极限值Sα。在Sα值内,CO_2激光或微波的照射量是在刺激区,则对~(60)Co辐射损伤的修复作用显著,如果两种因素同时进行.则修复作用十分显著,其效果并非是两种因素之和.如果CO_2激光的照射量是在抑制区的前半部分,对损伤无修复作用;激光照射量是在抑制区的后半部分,则对损伤起加重作用.当~(60)Co辐射后损伤程度超过Sα值.则CO_2激光或微波照射量多大,对损伤都无修复作用。
