在互联网时代,美国的各类图书馆仍然能吸引众多读者,显示出其强大的核心竞争力。美国图书馆的核心竞争力主要源于丰富多彩的文献信息资源、功能齐全的馆舍、个性化服务、高素质的员工、深入持久的阅读推广活动以及卓有成效的社会捐赠工作六个要素。
In the Internet age, all kinds of libraries in the United States still attract many readers and show their strong core competitiveness. The core competencies of US libraries are mainly derived from the six elements of rich and colorful document and information resources, fully-featured housing, personalized service, highly qualified staff, thorough and sustained reading and promotion activities, and fruitful social donation work.
