碳金融作为新兴的一个金融领域,具有广大的发展空间。借助碳金融可以为我国低碳经济项目融资,得到国际先进技术的支持,弥补项目资金的需求缺口,并且有助于我国转变经济发展方式,实现可持续发展。但是,碳金融在我国的发展尚处萌芽阶段,发展环境并不成熟,且国内没有具体的发展规划战略,碳金融体系存在诸多的制约因素。因此,本文对当前我国碳金融发展环境进行研究分析,从宏观角度找到发展方向和突破制约的途径。
As a newly emerging financial sector, carbon finance has a vast space for development. With the help of carbon finance, we can finance low-carbon economy projects in China, get support from advanced international technologies and make up for the shortfall in demand for project funds, and help our country transform its economic development mode and achieve sustainable development. However, the development of carbon finance in our country is still in its embryonic stage, the development environment is not mature, and there is no specific development planning strategy in our country. There are many constraints in the carbon finance system. Therefore, this paper analyzes the current development environment of carbon finance in our country, and finds the way of development and breakthrough from a macro perspective.
