针对烧结机运行系统中普遍存在的速度波动问题,分析了头尾星轮齿形的研究现状。在相关成果基础上,综合考虑偶数齿烧结机台车卡轮与星轮复合齿廓的啮合工况,提出了复合齿廓过渡段曲线由统一方程表示的新型星轮齿廓,建立了复合齿与台车辊轮啮合的节曲线方程。对齿廓特性的理论分析表明,该齿形的加速度、速度和位移曲线效果令人满意,既满足工况要求,又避免了不必要的冲击和干涉,使得系统运行平稳。借助软件仿真技术,对所设计的新齿形进行了运动特性分析,仿真结果和理论设计相吻合,验证了新齿形的正确性,为进一步研究这种匀速-变速相结合的销齿传动、解决烧结系统运行速度波动问题提供了理论支持。
Aiming at the common fluctuation of speed in the operation system of sintering machine, the research status of the tooth profile of the head and tail star was analyzed.
