本文研究了Eu~(3+)离子及其螯合物的吸收谱和荧光谱。通过对TRFIA(时间分辨荧光免疫分析)中使用的各种试剂的光谱测量,给出了有关Eu~(3+)发光螯合物的详细光谱描述。用国产试剂配制出的Eu~(3+)发光螯合物的最佳吸收波段在310~360nm,最佳激发波段在335~345nm,最佳荧光接收波段在613~623nm,对应Eu~(3+)的~5D_0→~7F_2跃迁。
In this paper, the absorption and fluorescence spectra of Eu ~ (3 +) ions and their chelates were studied. A detailed spectroscopic description of Eu ~ (3+) luminescent chelates was given by spectroscopic measurements of various reagents used in TRFIA (time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay). The optimal absorption band of Eu 3+ luminescent chelates prepared with domestic reagents is in the range of 310-360 nm with the best excitation band at 335-345 nm and the best fluorescence band at 613-623 nm. +) ~ 5D_0 → ~ 7F_2 transitions.
