目的:分析护士分层管理对消化内科护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法:回顾性分析2015年3月至2016年3月东莞市清溪医院消化内科进行检查的127例患者资料,按护理方法不同设为观察组(69例)和对照组(58例)。观察组行护士分层管理护理,对照组行常规护理,观察两组患者护理质量,满意度及健康知识知晓率。结果:观察组护理质量比对照组优,满意度比对照组高,健康知识知晓率比对照组高,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护士分层管理运用于消化内科可提高护理质量与满意度,提高健康知识知晓率。
Objective: To analyze the impact of nurses’ layered management on the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction in gastroenterology. Methods: The data of 127 patients who underwent digestive examination in Qingxi Hospital of Dongguan City from March 2015 to March 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different nursing methods, the observation group (69 cases) and the control group (58 cases) were set up. The nurses in the observation group underwent stratified management and nursing care. The control group underwent routine nursing care. The nursing quality, satisfaction and health knowledge awareness of the two groups were observed. Results: The quality of care in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the satisfaction rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group. The awareness rate of health knowledge was higher than that in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nurses’ layered management applied to digestive medicine can improve the quality and satisfaction of nursing and raise awareness of health knowledge.
