伴随着中国特色社会主义的不断完善与发展,对于中国所有工会组织来说,不断坚持走中国特色社会主义工会发展道路,既代表了一个方向,也代表了他们发展的一个目标,更是巨大的进程。想要坚定不移并且正确科学的走中国特色社会主义工会发展道路,第一,准确把握当代时代特征;第二,正确认识中国特色社会主义工会发展前进的趋势;第三,科学合理的制定近期与远期目标和任务,这三者是工会发展的主要方面。推动工会健康稳步的发展,首先应站在中国特色社会主义工会发展道路的战略角度想问题,建立符合工会自身发展的目标体系,目标体系分为两种,一种是纵向目标,它主要是指道路发展的激励和方向;另一种是指横向目标,它的主要内容是道路发展的基础和保障。
With continuous improvement and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, for all trade unions in China, consistently adhering to the road of development of socialist trade unions with Chinese characteristics represents not only one direction but also one goal of their development and is even greater process. First, we must accurately grasp the characteristics of the contemporary era; secondly, we must correctly understand the trend of the development of socialist trade unions with Chinese characteristics; and third, we must formulate a scientific and rational formulation of the trade union’s guiding principles. And long-term goals and tasks, all of which are the major aspects of the development of trade unions. To promote the healthy and steady development of trade unions, we should first of all think from the strategic perspective of the development path of socialism with Chinese characteristics and set up a target system that is in line with the development of trade unions. The target system is divided into two types. One is the vertical target. The motivation and direction of road development; the other refers to the horizontal goal, whose main content is the foundation and guarantee of road development.
