Plaintiff: Zhuo Xiaohong, female, 24 years old, worker of Chongqing Jiulong Garment Company in Sichuan Province. Defendant: Sun Desi, male, 42 years old, Sichuan Province, Chongqing photography company advertising product photography department staff. Defendant: Chongqing dairy company. On November 25, 1986, the Central District People’s Court of Chongqing Municipality, Sichuan Province, accepted the dispute over the portrait rights infringement of plaintiff Zhuo Xiaohong v. Sun Desi and Chongqing Jiao Jing Company. After hearing the trial, it was found out that in April 1983, when the plaintiff Zhuo Xiaohong took a photo shoot of the advertising photography department of Chongqing Photography Company, the defendant Sun Deshi proposed to Zhuo Zhuo and another photo was taken.
