目的 :探讨安氏 1 类错用方丝弓固定矫治器进行减数治疗后 ,软、硬组织的突度变化。方法 :选择 2 6例 11~ 16岁拔除 4个第一双尖牙的安氏 1类错病例 ,用方丝弓矫治技术 ,矫治前后均拍摄头颅定位侧位片 ,进行头影测量和统计分析。结果 :正畸治疗后 ,SNA减小 1.1°,⊥ - NA角度减小 13.3°,⊥ - T角度增加 19.9°,上唇倾角增加 10 .4°,下唇倾角增加 5 .9°,上下唇角增加 15 .8°,均具有统计学意义。结论 :安氏 1类拔牙矫治可取得明显的软、硬组织突度的改变 ,主要是上颌及上颌前牙突度减小和上下唇突度减小。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes in the dislocation of soft and hard tissues of Class 1 malocclusion patients after reduction treatment with square wire arch fixation appliance. Methods: Twenty-six cases of Angle 1 malocclusion with removal of the four first bicuspid teeth were selected from 26 patients aged 11 to 16 years old. The lateral arch radiographs were taken before and after correction analysis. Results: After orthodontic treatment, SNA decreased by 1.1 °, ⊥ - NA decreased by 13.3 °, ⊥ - T increased by 19.9 °, upper lip increased by 10.4 °, lower lip increased by 5.9 °, Increase 15 .8 °, both statistically significant. CONCLUSION: Angle 1 malocclusion treatment can make significant changes in the dislocation of the soft and hard tissues, mainly due to the decrease of the maxillary and maxillary anterior teeth 's protrusion and the reduction of the upper and lower lip.
