为探讨房室结动脉(AVNA)的形态特征及其与房室结的解剖关系,对100例患者冠状动脉造影时分别在左前斜位60°和右前斜位30°观察AVNA的解剖学形态。结果:93例患者观察到了清晰的AVNA;AVNA的直径为0.6±0.2mm,AVNA的长度、直径与右冠状动脉的直径不成正比;68%的患者AVNA指向快径区、32%指向慢径区。观察结果提示AVNA直径比较细小、形态变异度大;对房室结的解剖学慢径区域进行射频消融时,有可能损伤AVNA,从而造成Ⅲ度房室阻滞。
To investigate the morphological characteristics of AVN and its anatomic relationship with atrioventricular node (AVN), the anatomic features of AVNA were observed at 60 ° left anterior oblique and 30 ° anterior oblique respectively in 100 patients undergoing coronary angiography. Results: A clear AVNA was observed in 93 patients. The diameter of AVNA was 0.6 ± 0.2 mm. The length and diameter of AVNA were not proportional to the diameter of right coronary artery. AVNA pointed to the fast pathway and 68% Slow zone. Observations suggest that AVNA is relatively small in diameter and has a high degree of morphological variability; radiofrequency ablation of the anatomic slow-pathway region of the AV node may impair AVNA, resulting in a third-degree AV block.
