利用数值方法,通过求解基于Bulk-flow模型的液体环状动压密封控制方程,得到了不同密封进口涡动系数下液体环状动压密封的动力特性系数。结合液体动压环状密封的流体动反力模型,建立了考虑液体动压环状密封动力学特性的系统运动方程,通过理论分析导出了表征系统动力学性能的模态阻尼与频率、振幅对数衰减率以及动力放大系数等的解析表达式。最后通过图形分析了密封进口涡动系数对转子系统动力学性能的影响,给出了一些可用于指导具有液体动压环状密封的转子系统动力学设计和故障诊断的结论。
By using the numerical method, the dynamic characteristic coefficient of liquid annular dynamic pressure seal under different seal inlet vortices was obtained by solving the control equations of liquid cyclic dynamic pressure seal based on Bulk-flow model. Combined with the hydrodynamic reaction force model of the hydrodynamic annular seal, a system of equations of motion is established, which takes into account the dynamic characteristics of hydrodynamic annular seal. The theoretical damping and frequency, amplitude pair Number decay rate and dynamic amplification factor analysis expression. Finally, the influence of seal inlet vortex coefficient on the dynamic performance of the rotor system is analyzed by graphs, and some conclusions of the dynamic design and fault diagnosis of the rotor system with hydrodynamic annular seal can be given.
