本刊讯近日,工信部印发《绿色制造2016专项行动实施方案》。方案明确整体目标:进一步提升部分行业清洁生产水平,预计全年削减化学需氧量8万吨、氨氮0.7万吨。筛选推广一批先进节水技术。建设若干资源综合利用重大示范工程和基地,初步形成京津冀及周边地区资源综合利用产业区域协同发展新机制。会同财政部启动绿色制造试点示范,发布若干行业绿色工厂创建实施方案或绿色工厂标准。方案提出重点工作,包括实施传统制造业绿色化改造,围绕制造业清洁生产水平提
