Recently, some scholars put forward the theory of “treating others well”. Former Zeu Yuan, professor of jurisprudence and vice chancellor of Southwest University of Political Science and Law, believes that there are some people who think that this theory is unimaginable. Human beings are treated, if not a dream, it can only be a trap. Should human beings really be treated? From a purely abstract sense, it is certainly the best politics, and it has more human touch than the rule of law.
