保証菌苗的效价是提高卡介苗免疫力的重要关键。Obayashi,Jespersen及Edward等証明卡介苗的活菌数与接种后結素反应的大小有明显关系。而目前认为結素反应的大小,一般可以代表免疫力的程度。茲将我市卡介苗活菌数与結素变态反应間关系的观察資料报告如下。
To ensure the potency of vaccine is an important key to improve the immunity of BCG. Obayashi, Jespersen and Edward proved that the viable cell count of BCG was significantly related to the size of the tuberculin reaction after inoculation. At present, the size of the response to the clues is generally representative of the degree of immunity. Hereby, the observation data about the relationship between live BCG count and nodular allergy in our city are reported as follows.
