目的比较使用口外弓与Nance弓增强支抗的临床效果。方法选择上颌拥挤伴前突的患者20名,随机分两组,分别采用口外弓和Nance弓增强支抗,对治疗前后的模型及头颅侧位X片进行测量并对比分析。结果口外弓组上颌磨牙位置较为稳定,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口外弓支抗比Nance弓支抗效果更为理想。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of augmentation of anchorage with the bow of the mouth and the Nance bow. Methods Twenty patients with maxillary congenital anastomosis were randomly divided into two groups. The external arches and the Nance arch were used to enhance the anchorage. The model and the lateral X-ray of the skull before and after treatment were measured and compared. Results The location of maxillary molars in oral extracorporeal arch group was stable, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Oral arch is more ideal than Nance arch support.
