采用电容传感器和微型计算机,是快速、高精确度测量物质中水分的根本途径。本文介绍了检测不同物质中水分所用电容传感器结构型式的选择和测量条件的确定;对测量参量形式和测量电路的选择以及应用微型计算机对物质中水分进行测量的原理作了介绍。最后给出实验结果及微型机水分测试仪的性能指标。
The use of capacitive sensors and microcomputers is the fundamental way to quickly and accurately measure moisture in matter. This paper introduces the selection of the structure type of capacitance sensor used to detect the moisture in different substances and the determination of the measurement conditions. The principle of measuring the moisture content in the substance by using the microcomputer and selecting the measurement circuit and the microcomputer is introduced. Finally, the experimental results and performance indicators of the microcomputer moisture tester are given.
