β-半乳糖结合蛋白(Galectin-3)和人骨髓内皮细胞标志物(HBME-1)在肿瘤的生长、转移中发挥着重要作用,是甲状腺癌的良好标志物。18氟-氟代脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)正电子发射断层显像/计算机断层扫描(PET/CT)的应用提高了对甲状腺癌诊断的特异性和准确性。本文对分化型甲状腺癌中Galectin-3、HBME-1的表达及18 F-FDG显像在甲状腺癌中的研究与应用进行了综述。
Galectin-3 and human bone marrow endothelial cell marker (HBME-1) play an important role in tumor growth and metastasis and are good markers of thyroid cancer. 18 Fluoro-fluorodeoxyglucose (18F-FDG) Positron emission tomography / computed tomography (PET / CT) improves the specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis of thyroid cancer. This review summarizes the research and application of Galectin-3 and HBME-1 in differentiated thyroid carcinoma and 18 F-FDG imaging in thyroid cancer.
