采用测量脾动、静脉血的血液粘度和测量脾动、静脉血中红细胞膜在微管中的变形过程的方法,研究了脾脏对红细胞和血液流变性的影响。结果表明:脾静脉血的血液粘度、红细胞变形指数和红细胞聚集指数以及血中红细胞膜的平均弹性模量和平均粘性系数都明显低于脾动脉的相应值。上述结果提示,红细胞和血液通过脾脏后,红细胞和血液的流变性得到明显改善。
Using the method of measuring the blood viscosity of splenic artery and venous blood and measuring the process of erythrocyte membrane degeneration in spleen and venous blood, the effects of spleen on erythrocyte and blood rheology were studied. The results showed that the blood viscosity, erythrocyte deformability index, erythrocyte aggregation index and average elastic modulus and average viscosity coefficient of erythrocyte membrane in blood of splenic venous blood were significantly lower than those of splenic artery. The above results suggest that after erythrocytes and blood pass through the spleen, the rheology of red blood cells and blood is significantly improved.
