节奏快的工作与生活,让现代人的健康问题成了一大隐忧。经常面对电脑,每天接听无数个电话,长途飞行出差,不间断的开会、加班,许多不被察觉的健康隐患正在萌生。听力开始下降,一觉得劳累就会头晕,经常会耳鸣不止,这些都可能是由于耳病而引起的。很多人都以为这种症状是一时的,过不久就会自己痊愈,其实这种不适症状不但会给生活带来不便,长期放任不管还会变得严重。所以在日常生活中,我们要多多注意双耳健康,防范于未然。

Listening begins to fall, and when tired, you feel dizzy and often suffer from tinnitus, all of which may be caused by ear problems. Many people think that this symptom is temporary, and will soon heal. In fact, this symptom of discomfort not only brings inconvenience to life but also becomes serious after long-term laissez-faire. Therefore, in daily life, we should pay more attention to the health of both ears and take preventive measures.
