对林口青山红松(Pinus Koraiensis)种子园29个无性系的种子形态性状调查与15个无性系的松仁营养成分检测,方差分析结果表明,红松无性系种子的球果质量、种子质量、出仁率、千粒质量、种仁质量、含水率、油脂、蛋白质、多糖在无性系间差异均达到极显著水平;对红松无性系的形态性状和营养成分进行变异分析,表明种实性状存在丰富的变异,为优良性状选择提供依据;通过多性状综合选择出LK27、LK3无性系作为营建红松坚果林的优良无性系,为仁用红松优良种质的选育提供理论和优良种质材料,为坚果园和高世代种子园营建奠定基础。
The morphological traits of 29 clones in Pinus Koraiensis seed orchard and the pine nut nutrition of 15 clones were detected by ANOVA. The results of variance analysis showed that the conch quality, seed quality, Kernel rate, kernel weight, seed quality, moisture content, oil, protein and polysaccharide in clones reached the extremely significant level. Morphological traits and nutritional components of the clonal population of Pinus koraiensis were analyzed by variance analysis, Rich variability, which provided the basis for the selection of excellent traits; LK27 and LK3 clones were selected as the excellent clones for the construction of Pinus koraiensis forest through multi-trait synthesis, providing theoretical and excellent germplasm Materials, laying the foundation for the construction of ken orchards and high-generation seed orchards.
