典型的管路设计均采用冷却水泵出口接冷水机组的方式;除非是考虑冷凝器水侧压力太高,必须设计成冷却水泵入口接冷水机组,否则,其系统调试过程中易出现冷却水进/出口没有压差/压差太小的情况,从而导致系统调试失败。本文通过水力分析,说明可能导致调试失败的原因。
The typical piping design adopts the way of cooling the water pump outlet and connecting the chiller; unless it is considered that the pressure on the water side of the condenser is too high, it must be designed as a cooling water pump inlet to connect the chiller; otherwise, the cooling water is likely to appear in the system debugging process. There is no pressure difference/differential pressure drop at the outlet, resulting in failure of system debugging. This article uses hydraulic analysis to illustrate the reasons why debugging may have failed.
