高满意度的区域科技人才政策往往被认为可以提高企业科技人才创新能力,但对其科学性及作用机制仍缺乏实证验证。基于美国顾客满意度(ACSI)模型,构建区域科技人才政策满意度理论模型,运用结构方程和AMOS数据分析软件,对假设模型进行验证,揭示了对区域科技人才政策的期望正向显著影响着感知质量,感知质量与感知价值之间具有显著的正向相关关系,区域科技人才政策满意度受到了感知价值的正向显著影响,区域科技人才政策满意度对企业科技人才创新能力具有显著的正向影响作用,同时,企业内环境对区域科技人才政策满意度与企业科技人才创新能力的关系起到一定的调节作用。
Highly-Satisfied Regional Science and Technology Talents Policies are often considered to improve the innovative ability of science and technology personnel in enterprises, but there is still no empirical verification of their scientific nature and mechanism of action. Based on the American Customer Satisfaction (ACSI) model, a theoretical model of satisfaction degree of regional science and technology personnel was established. Structural equation and AMOS data analysis software were used to verify the hypothesis model. It revealed that the expectation of regional science and technology talent policy positively and significantly affected the perception There is a significant positive correlation between quality, perceived quality and perceived value. The satisfaction degree of regional science and technology personnel policy is positively and significantly affected by the perceived value, and the satisfaction of regional science and technology personnel policy has significant positive effect on the innovation ability of science and technology professionals At the same time, the internal environment of the enterprise plays a certain regulatory role in the relationship between the satisfaction of the policy of regional science and technology personnel and the innovation capability of enterprises’ scientific and technological talents.
