Democratic centralism is an institutional innovation that the classic Marxist writers have criticized and inherited the achievements made in building the political civilization of mankind. Practice has proved that it is an efficient system for socialist revolution and for building a scientific system. A full understanding of the extreme importance of upholding and perfecting democratic centralism will be conducive to raising the scientific level of party building.
