头孢氨噻肟(cefotaxime)系新的第三代半合成广谱头孢菌素,可静注或肌注给药,对革兰氏阳性及阴性需氧菌和厌氧菌均有抗菌活性,尤其是抗革兰氏阴性菌活性明显优于第一、二代头孢菌素。 抗菌活性 头孢氨噻肟在体外有广谱抗菌活性,对肺炎链球菌和化脓性链球菌的作用与青霉素G相似;那些对青霉素和多数抗菌药物耐药的肺炎链球菌对本品同样敏感。本品与其他第三代头孢菌素(如头孢氧哌羟苯唑)相比,对金黄色葡萄球菌的疗效相似,对链球菌的疗效则较优。对所有革兰氏阴性菌比羟羧氧酰胺菌素有效。
