硝苯吡啶,又名心痛定。目前临床上主要用于缺血性心脏病和高血压病的治疗。笔者采用一次性舌下含服硝苯吡啶作为治疗急性左心衰竭急性期用药,共16例,取得良好效果,现将结果报告如下:
