本文测定了９８例免疫功能低下的反复呼吸道感染儿（复感儿）和７３例健康儿童的血清ＡＤＡ活性值以及其他免疫功能指标。结果复感儿血清ＡＤＡ活性值和血清ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ以及Ｅ－ＲＦＣ均低于健康儿童，两者差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。在ＡＤＡ活性值低于１１．２μ／ｍｌ（健康对照最低值）的复感儿中，伴有血清ＩｇＧ减低者占８７．０％；血清ＡＤＡ活性值与ＩｇＧ含量及ＥＲＦＣ百分率呈正相关关系。表明血清ＡＤＡ活性与小儿免疫功能有关，提示该酶活性可作为了解小儿免疫功能状态的一项新指标。
In this paper, we measured serum ADA activity and other immune function in 98 cases of immunocompromised recurrent respiratory tract infection (RSV) and 73 healthy children. Results Serum ADA activity, serum IgG, IgA and E-RFC in children with asthma were significantly lower than those in healthy children (P <0.01). In the sepsis children with ADA activity less than 11.2μ / ml (the lowest of healthy controls), 87.0% of the patients with serum IgG decreased, and the serum ADA activity was positively correlated with the IgG content and ERFC percentage. This indicates that the activity of serum ADA is related to immune function in infants, suggesting that the activity of ADA can be used as a new indicator to understand the state of immune function in children.
