胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)主要以特异性结合蛋白(IGF-BP)结合形式存在于血浆中。IGF-BP 又分为两类:一类分子量约150000Da,结合了 IGF 的绝大部分,其浓度改变依赖于 GH 水平;另一类分子量约35000Da,呈非饱和状态,构成血浆游离 IGF结合活性主要部分,且不依赖 GH。近来发现,非生长激素依赖性 IGF-BP 存在明显节律。并在糖尿病时升高。提示此 IGF-BP 和胰岛素有一定关系。它可能不仅仅是一种载体蛋白,而且对生长也可能起作用。但这种节律是否也存在于糖尿病病人以及其生理意义尚未清楚。本文主要探讨Ⅰ型糖尿病患者
Insulin-like growth factor (IGF) is present mainly in the plasma as a specific binding protein (IGF-BP) binding form.
