采用试验模态分析的方法对AM50型掘进机进行了动态特性分析,并在此基础上借助于计算机上的力响应仿真及结构动力修改进行了AM50型掘进机的结构优化设计,实测工作载荷下的计算机仿真结果表明,提出的结构优化修改方案将使AM50型掘进机的振动特性得到进一步的改善和提高,使其工作时的振动和摆动幅值平均下降10%~20%,研究结果对掘进机的改进以及新型机的设计具有参考价值.
The dynamic characteristics of the AM50 boring machine were analyzed by the experimental modal analysis. On the basis of this, the structure optimization design of the AM50 boring machine was carried out by means of the force response simulation and the structural dynamic modification on the computer. Under the working load The results of computer simulation show that the proposed structure optimization and modification scheme will further improve and improve the vibration characteristics of the AM50 TBM and reduce the vibration and swing amplitude by 10% ~ 20% on average. Machine improvement and new machine design has reference value.
