随着现代经济的不断发展,变革是现代企业人力资源管理发展的必然要求。要实现企业从传统的人事管理到现在化的企业人力资源管理的转变,需要管理理念、管理方法、管理措施的不断更新,这是一个艰难的过程。转型期我国国有企业在人力资源管理方面也面临着许多的问题,存在许多失衡的现象。面临经济转型,国有企业不断改革创新,使人力资源在企业的发展中发挥出应有的作用。
