751氢弧灯稳流器,是上海分析仪器厂早期制造的751型分光光度计的配套产品。该机中有两只较特殊的继电器,一只为JEX-1M型真空延时热继电器,元件代号为GJ,另一只为双线圈直流继电器,代号为J_1～J_2。这两只继电器一旦损坏,不易找到同型号继电器来作更换。在维修中笔者采用普通继电器作代换,及时修复继电器损坏的氢弧灯稳流器,修复后的各项性能均保持原机水平,保证机器正常使用。真空延时热继电器损坏的修理真空延时热继电器GJ,用于稳流器的自动延时启动,工作过程参见原理图。电源接通后,红灯亮,氢弧灯灯丝加热电源经J(1-2)常闭触点为氢弧灯加热,GJ本身
751 hydrogen arc lamp stabilizer is an accessory product of the 751 spectrophotometer manufactured by Shanghai Analytical Instrument Factory. There are two special relays in this machine, one is JEX-1M type vacuum delay thermal relay, the part number is GJ, and the other is double coil DC relay, codenamed J_1~J_2. Once these two relays are damaged, it is not easy to find the same type of relay for replacement. In the maintenance, the author uses ordinary relays as replacements, and repairs the damaged hydrogen arc lamp stabilizers in a timely manner. After the repair, all performances are maintained at the original level to ensure the normal use of the machine.
