根据国务院关于基础教育改革与发展的决定,我国大部分地区对小学教育布局进行了调整,过去散布各地的小学,被逐步整合归一,围绕乡镇或办事处,形成了统一的中心小学。由于很多小学生离家较远,只有选择寄宿在学校。然而学生年龄较小,缺乏自立能力,加之学校缺乏寄宿管理的经验,因此,小学寄宿生管理的现状不容乐观,而如何加强对小学寄宿生的管理则成了学校积极探索并力求解决的难题,成了家长朋友异常关心的话题。本文旨在分析小学寄宿生管理的问题,并探索解决对策,以求对小学寄宿管理提供有益的借鉴。 According to the State Council's decision on the reform and development of basic education, the layout of primary education in most parts of the country has been adjusted. Primary schools scattered throughout the country have been gradually integrated and unified, and a unified central primary school has been formed around townships or offices. Because many pupils are far from home, they have the option of boarding at school. However, due to their small age and lack of self-reliance, combined with the lack of boarding management experience in schools, the status quo of primary boarding students is not optimistic and how to strengthen the management of primary boarding students has become a problem that schools actively explore and strive to solve. Parental friends are concerned about the topic. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the management of boarders in primary schools and to explore ways to solve the problems in order to provide useful lessons for primary boarding management.
