当今世界人类以信息技术为核心内容的现代科技竟争日趋激烈,世界名国均不同程度地加强了对中小学信息技术教育的重视程度。我们的教育要面向未来、面向世界、面向现代化,要适应未来的信息化社会,21世纪是人类全面进入信息代社会的世纪,21世纪对教育需求的特点也是信息化社会对教育需求的特点。作为一门新兴学科,信息技术还没有形成成熟的学科体系和教学方法,在目标、地位、内容和教材等方面还有很多问题需要思考和探索。
In today’s world, the competition for modern science and technology of mankind with information technology as the core is becoming more and more intense. All the famous countries in the world have stepped up their emphasis on information technology education in primary and secondary schools to varying degrees. Our education should face the future, face the world, face the modernization and adapt to the information society of the future. The 21st century is the century when mankind fully enters the information society. The characteristics of the education demand in the 21st century are also the characteristics of the information society for the education needs. As a new discipline, information technology has not yet formed a mature discipline system and teaching methods.
