新课改为课堂秩序和管理注入了新的内涵和形态,形成民主活跃的课堂气氛将成为教师努力的一个方向。但是,在中学体育教学的转型过程中,部分新教师对如何建立一个积极的、有组织的、有助于促进学生学习的学习环境缺乏足够的认识与经验,针对这些问题,本文就有效课堂管理的基本策略作些阐述,以期为新教师的课堂管理提供有益的借鉴。
The new curriculum reform has injected new connotation and form into the classroom order and management. Forming a democratic and active classroom atmosphere will become a direction for teachers’ efforts. However, in the process of the transformation of PE teaching in middle schools, some new teachers lack sufficient knowledge and experience on how to establish a positive and organized learning environment that helps to promote students’ learning.
